Is Rossiter painful?
Since Rossiter Stretching is a workout, there will be some discomfort. You are the person in charge of the level of discomfort you are willing to experience. The discomfort will be short lived and you more than likely feel relief and a resurgence in blood flow and circulation.
How to prepare for a session
All you need to do is meet the criteria below and wear comfortable clothing.
- You must be able to get up and down from the floor
- You must be 60 days out from your last steroid shot in the area being Rossiter. So, if you have had a shot in your knee – 60 days. If you have had a shot in your knee but we are working on your shoulders – the 60 day requirement does not matter
- You must be released for exercise.
It’s OK to have some exercise restrictions
