Pricing for Today Pilates

Invest in the strength and confidence you want for your future.

Pilates pricing can feel confusing — especially when every studio in town promises “results.” We take a different approach. Here, every lesson is personalized, rooted in the true Pilates Method, and intentionally small so your body actually learns something new.

This isn’t a reformer class. It’s a relationship — with your teacher, your movement, and your future self. But once you feel the difference, you’ll see why clients stay with us year after year.

Explore our Pilates pricing and choose the path that supports your strongest, most capable years ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about Today Pilates? We’ve got answers!

Your monthly cost depends on the number and type of lessons you schedule — private, semi-private, or a combination. Because everyone’s routine is different, your Pilates pricing can vary month to month. We recommend 8 lessons per month for consistent progress and 3 lessons per week for the most powerful results. Most clients invest $400 and up per month.

While we don’t offer a monthly flat rate Pilates membership, we do provide Pilates pricing package options that make it easy to stay consistent and save money. It allows you to choose what YOU want to do each month based on your availability.  We always recommend getting at least 8 and ideally 12 lessons in per month.

We recommend two to three Pilates sessions per week, depending on your schedule and fitness goals. This routine helps your body build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility without overtraining. If you’re just starting out, your Pilates instructor can help you find the right balance of rest and movement for the best results. Ready to plan your perfect routine? Use our Pilates pricing calculator to find the option that fits you best.

It depends on your goals! If you want one-on-one attention and a fully customized experience, Private Pilates Lessons are your best choice. If you prefer a fun, social setting with personalized guidance, try our Small Group Classes. Both options help you build strength, improve flexibility, and feel your best.
