What To Expect at Your First Visit
Starting something new can feel intimidating, but your first visit to our Wichita Pilates studio is relaxed, supportive, and designed to help you feel right at home.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing — no zippers or belts, please. Bring grip socks if you have them.
Bring water to stay hydrated during your session.
Expect personal attention. Our sessions are small — only 1 to 3 clients — so your instructor can focus on your form and comfort.
Ask questions. Truly. We’re here to help you understand each movement and how it supports your progress.
Your Personalized Consultation
To get started, your consultation is the first step. It’s a relaxed, one-on-one meeting with a certified instructor who wants to understand you — your goals, your lifestyle, and your movement story.
We'll discuss:
- Your health and fitness goals
- Any injuries or movement limitations
- Your experience with Pilates or other exercise
- What type of lesson structure will help you succeed
- How your body moves — we’ll do some simple movements to see your posture, strength, and
flexibility
By the end, you’ll have a clear, customized plan made just for you.

Private Lessons
